Infinity Qi-Gong Ted Mattingly
With over 25 years of experience and education
in the health and wellness field, Ted brings a simplified version
of an proven method of obtaining
health, called Qi-Gong (Chi-Kung). Infinity Qi-Gong, was designed
by
Ted to help those with difficult or no capability to stand, as
well those who
can stand without assistance, a means of improving health. Range
of motion, breathing and circulation, and the flow of Qi (Life
Force) through the body
can all be improved.
It is vital to have proper oxygen and blood to
every part of the body to maintain good health and recover from
any illness or injury. Infinity
Qi-Gong was designed to increase gently a persons mobility of
the body,
while bringing awareness to the breathing as on does the exercises.
As the individual practices Infinity Qi-Gong, flexibility increases,
allowing for blood to circulate to greater areas of the body
with a higher percentage of oxygen. During the practice the mind
is also made to be calm and the movement of Qi, is directed by
the mind, to flow through, from the center of the body, out to
the extremities. Over time and with consistent practice, the
body will be able to increase its agility and the health
of every part of the body can be improved.
Ted started studying Yang style Taiji Quen (Tai-Chi
Chuen) and Qi-Gong over 10 years ago. Combining his knowledge
and work experience in the medical field, he understands the
importance of the maintaining good health through exercise, nutrition
and proper state of mind. Ted is a Nationally Certified Personal
Trainer and successful Energy Healer. You may read more about
Ted and his history at his website. balancedfitnesstraining.com |
